Jennifer Atchison brings 17 years of experience in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD to her role as assistant principal. Throughout her career, she has served as an elementary and middle school teacher, instructional facilitator, instructional dean, and assistant principal.

Mrs. Atchison is passionate about creating a school environment where students feel supported, teachers feel empowered, and high expectations are paired with strong relationships. Her leadership is guided by the “4Hs”: High Expectations, Hard Work, Honesty, and Humor. She believes consistent systems, high-quality instruction, and meaningful collaboration help every student and staff member thrive.

Mrs. Atchison has deep roots in CFBISD, where her mother and other family members attended school. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a school principal, and their three children. She is honored to serve the students, staff, and families of the school community.
